By accessing this website, downloading the mobile app, or using any Blackjack Drill Room feature, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Educational Training Only
Blackjack Drill Room provides blackjack education, strategy practice, counting drills, simulator tools, and related learning content. The app does not accept wagers, does not operate casino games for money, and does not provide gambling services.
Blackjack involves risk. No chart, count system, betting spread, simulator result, lesson, or practice score can guarantee that you will win money or avoid losses. You are responsible for your own decisions and for following the laws, casino rules, and age requirements that apply where you live or play.
The service is intended for adults who are old enough to participate in casino gaming in their jurisdiction. If you are not legally allowed to use casino gaming training material where you are, you should not use the app or website.
Accounts and App Access
Some current or future features may require an account, app-store account, or device-based access token. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens through your account or device.
We may suspend or limit access if we believe the service is being misused, accessed fraudulently, attacked, reverse engineered, or used in a way that harms other users, the app, the website, or our service providers.
Purchases and Lifetime Pro Access
The app may offer a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks Pro features. The purchase is processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another listed app-store provider. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
"Lifetime" means access to the purchased Pro feature set for the supported lifetime of the app and platform, subject to these terms, app-store rules, technical availability, and any legal or platform requirements. It does not guarantee that every future feature, separate product, service, or platform will be included.
Prices, taxes, store fees, purchase flows, refunds, and family-sharing behavior are handled by the app store where you made the purchase. Refund requests should be submitted through Apple or Google unless a store listing says otherwise. If the app cannot detect a previous purchase, use the in-app restore purchase option.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or app. For example, you may not:
- copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app, lessons, charts, or code;
- attempt to bypass payment, entitlement, or access controls;
- reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, or interfere with the service;
- upload or send unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content; or
- use the service in violation of any law, casino rule, platform rule, or third-party right.
Ownership and Feedback
The website, app, training content, charts, designs, software, names, logos, and related materials are owned by Blackjack Drill Room or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app and website as intended.
If you send ideas, corrections, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve the website, app, content, and business.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website or app may link to, embed, or rely on third-party services such as app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, video platforms, and purchase entitlement providers. Those services are controlled by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, content, availability, or actions.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website, app, lessons, simulator, charts, and Pro features are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, compatible with every device, or suitable for your particular goals.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blackjack Drill Room will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including gambling losses or decisions made from training content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or Pro unlock in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
